EntryGuard Website Terms of Use
The terms that apply when you visit this website, read its public information or send an enquiry to Realeaz (Pty) Ltd.
Provider and scope
This website is operated by Realeaz (Pty) Ltd, registration number 2021/122704/07, under the EntryGuard name. These Terms apply to the public EntryGuard website and its enquiry features.
They do not replace a school's service agreement, data-processing terms, or any app-store terms that apply to the EntryGuard mobile application. If a separate written agreement applies, that agreement governs the service covered by it.
Using this website
You may browse the public pages and download material made available to you for lawful personal or internal business use. By using the website, you agree to use it in accordance with these Terms and applicable South African law.
If you do not agree, do not use the website or submit information through it.
Product information and enquiries
The website explains EntryGuard at a general level. Features, implementation requirements, availability and commercial terms may depend on the participating school and the agreement reached with Realeaz.
Sending an enquiry or downloading a brochure does not by itself create a service agreement. A service begins only when the relevant parties complete the required onboarding and agreements.
Portal and account access
The school portal is restricted to authorised staff. You are responsible for keeping your sign-in details confidential and for notifying your school or EntryGuard promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.
Guardian accounts use the EntryGuard mobile application and do not receive school-portal access unless separately authorised for a staff role.
Acceptable use
You must not:
- use the website or portal for an unlawful purpose;
- attempt to bypass access controls or gain access to another person's account, school or records;
- introduce malicious code, interfere with availability, or test security without written permission; or
- copy, scrape or reuse content in a way that infringes rights or materially burdens the service.
Intellectual property
EntryGuard's name, branding, website content, software and supporting material belong to Realeaz or its licensors. These Terms do not transfer those rights to you.
You may share an EntryGuard brochure internally when evaluating the service, provided it is not altered or presented as your own.
Third-party services
The website links to third-party services such as Apple's App Store and Google Play. Those services are operated under their own terms and privacy notices. Realeaz does not control their content or availability.
Availability and reliance
Realeaz takes reasonable steps to keep public information accurate and the website available, but may update, suspend or remove website content when needed. Do not rely on marketing content as a substitute for the final written service agreement or a school's safeguarding procedures.
Nothing in these Terms excludes a right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable law.
Privacy
Personal information is handled as described in the EntryGuard Privacy Policy. The policy explains the different responsibilities of Realeaz and participating schools, including where learner information is involved.
Changes to these Terms
Realeaz may update these Terms when the website, business or law changes. The revised version will show a new last-updated date. Changes apply from the date stated on the page.
Applicable law and contact
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any mandatory consumer or other statutory rights remain unaffected.
